Before you work with this company, let us tell you of our experience!!

" He quit before the job was finished!!   -  He demanded additional funds before he would finish the work. I knew he was moving on to another job. I told him I would pay the him the balance when the work was complete. He assured me he would be back after the weekend. I have never seen him since.

" He was way over budget.   -  He proposed a budget of $8,000 to do all the work. His final bill was $14,200!  After I had already given him $12,000!!  He insisted that it was not his fault, the rock had cost him more that he had estimated, the labor was more, etc.  He wanted more money every time I talked with him. He always had an excuse why it was costing more.

" He never completed any of the work agreed to.   -  He gave me a quote including stepping stones, a large water fall on the koi pond, a working water feature and a level grass filled area. There are no stepping stones, the waterfall leaks so it is unusable, and no grass was ever planted. The water feature is not finished and has never worked properly.

" He took much longer to do what he did accomplish. - The work was supposed to take two weeks. He left after four weeks with only two days of rain during that time.
" The water features have never worked properly.
" Many of the plants are now dying.
" He ignores phone calls and e-mails.
